Molecular Composition
CJC-1295 with DAC is a modified growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog consisting of a 30-amino acid amino acid compound derived from the biologically active region of human GHRH (residues 1–29) with targeted amino acid substitutions to enhance stability. The amino acid compound is covalently linked to a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), a reactive maleimidopropionic acid derivative designed to bind circulating albumin under appropriate experimental conditions.
