Alpha Peps supplies research compounds to laboratories, universities, independent researchers and formulators in the United States. Around 85 items, lyophilized vials, capsules, creams, nasal sprays and droppers, mostly between $20 and $230.

What separates us from the rest of this category is not a slogan. It is that we publish the certificate for your specific lot, by lot number, from a laboratory we name, and we tell you in writing where our evidence stops.

What we publish that most of this category does not

The standard in research compounds is a purity claim with nothing behind it. A badge that says 99%. A line about accredited labs. Sometimes a single certificate, undated, for a lot you will never receive.

We run it the other way around. Every batch goes into a public library with its lot number, its test date, its HPLC purity figure to three decimal places and its bacterial endotoxin result. The laboratory is named on the face of the certificate. The certificate is linked from the product page, and the whole library is published in a structured format so that search engines and research assistants can read it rather than guess at it.

The point is simple. The number on the vial in your hand should match a document you can open without asking us for it.

Where it comes from

Our compounds are filled, lyophilized, tested and packaged in the United States, in a hardwall modular cleanroom suite built to ISO Class 7 specification, with airlock-separated zones, filtered ceiling supply, low wall air returns and seamless coved epoxy flooring. Open vials are worked inside a Class II biological safety cabinet by personnel in full coveralls, hoods, masks and gloves. Drying is done on bench-scale lyophilizers, each on its own vacuum pump.

We photographed all of it and published the photographs without retouching, which is not something you will find on many sites in this category.

What we do not claim

A claim nobody can check is a liability wearing a selling point. Ours stop here, and we have put the same list on the facility page:

  • No cGMP certification claim. We have not published a cGMP certificate, so we will not imply one.
  • We are not ISO certified. Our suite is built to ISO Class 7 specification but has not been independently certified to that class, and we will not use the word certified until it has been.
  • No sterility claim. Our products are lyophilized research materials, not sterile injectable drug product.
  • No claim of safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals. Our materials are not for that, in any quantity, by any route.
  • No in-house result presented as third-party. Every certificate names the outside laboratory that ran the assay.

If something is wrong with your order

Our returns policy covers three things, and one of them is the one that matters most here.

  • The product does not match its Certificate of Analysis. Full refund to your original payment method, or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. No restocking fee.
  • The product arrived defective. Damaged vials, broken seals, visible contamination or a compound that will not reconstitute properly. Same remedy, and we pay the shipping.
  • We made an error. Wrong product, wrong quantity, missing items. Same remedy, and we pay the shipping.

Thirty days from delivery, or forty eight hours for transit damage so the carrier claim is still open. Email support@alphapeps.com with your order number and we will come back inside two business days. Because these are laboratory materials with a chain of custody, we cannot take back anything opened, reconstituted or unsealed.

Questions we get asked

Is Alpha Peps a real supplier, and how would I check?
Without taking our word for anything: open the COA library, pick any lot, and read a certificate from a named outside laboratory with the lot number on it. Then look at the cleanroom photographs, which are unretouched and dated. Then read the list of things we refuse to claim. A supplier inventing credentials does not publish the limits of its own evidence.
Does Alpha Peps publish a certificate for every lot?
Every batch is published with its lot number, test date, HPLC purity figure and USP <85> bacterial endotoxin result, linked to the certificate itself. Twenty nine lots are live, spanning 99.026% to 99.957% purity. If the lot number on your vial is not yet listed, email us the number and we will send the certificate.
Who tests Alpha Peps compounds?
Freedom Diagnostics, an outside laboratory, named on the face of every certificate we publish. No Alpha Peps result is generated in-house and presented as third-party.
Where does Alpha Peps ship from?
From our own facility in the United States, where our compounds are filled, lyophilized, tested and packaged. We ship within the United States.
What happens if my lot does not match its certificate?
It is an accepted return under our policy. Full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement, your choice, with no restocking fee and return shipping on us. Email support@alphapeps.com with your order number within thirty days of delivery.
What does Alpha Peps sell?
Around 85 research compounds in lyophilized vial, capsule, cream, nasal spray and dropper formats, supplied strictly for in vitro and preclinical laboratory research. Nothing we sell is a drug, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic or a food.
