GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2) is a synthetic hexapeptide of six amino acid residues with the sequence D-Ala–D-β-(2-naphthyl)alanine–Ala–Trp–D-Phe–Lys-NH₂. The amino acid compound features several modified amino acids, including D-alanine, D-β-(2-naphthyl)alanine (D-2Nal), and D-phenylalanine, with a C-terminal amidation (-NH₂) to produce the final product.
