Returns & Refund Policy

At Alpha Peps, we stand behind the quality and purity of every research compound we ship. Each batch is HPLC-verified at 99%+ purity with a Certificate of Analysis available upon request.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for products that meet the conditions below.

What We Accept Returns For

  • Defective products — vials damaged in transit, broken seals, visible contamination, or compounds that fail to reconstitute properly
  • Order errors on our end — wrong product shipped, incorrect quantity, or missing items
  • Quality concerns — products that don’t match the Certificate of Analysis

What We Cannot Accept

Due to the nature of research compounds and the requirement to ensure chain-of-custody integrity for laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
  • Products with broken seals or tamper-evident packaging removed
  • Products stored outside recommended conditions after delivery
  • Products without the original packaging and lot number intact
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (case-by-case review)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@alphapeps.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue
  3. For damage or defects, please include clear photos
  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Defective products: Full refund issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, OR replacement product shipped at no charge (your choice)
  • Order errors: Full refund or correct product shipped at no charge
  • Shipping costs: Refunded for our errors; not refunded for change of mind

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unopened products in original packaging within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll process a replacement or refund immediately.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply to defective products, order errors, or quality issues. A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved exchanges of unopened, undamaged products.

All Alpha Peps products are sold strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Returns are evaluated based on product condition and chain-of-custody integrity required for laboratory research applications.
